New  closing reports are presented monthly, upon completition, at the regular  meeting of the Public Safety Committee prior to being posted to the Office of Police Ombudsman website.

An ‘Incomplete’ case refers to a complaint for which an Internal Affairs investigation was opened but the complainant became unavailable or no longer wished to participate. Incomplete cases are suspended until the complainant recontacts either Internal Affairs or the Office of Police Ombudsman.
