Jurisdiction
The Police Ombudsman’s jurisdiction is limited to matters involving members of the Spokane Police Department. The Ombudsman may forward complaints involving other jurisdictions to the appropriate jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint involving a law enforcement agency other than Spokane Police Department, you may contact that agency directly and ask for their Office of Internal Affairs.
